About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Aftermarket Parts Installer to join our team at In and Out Tire Pros in Millsboro, DE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket parts on vehicles and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Install aftermarket parts on vehicles, including but not limited to, exhaust systems, suspension upgrades, and performance enhancements
Inspect and test installed parts to ensure proper functionality and performance
Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete installations in a timely manner
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the shop

Requirements:

Prior experience in aftermarket parts installation or automotive technician role
Knowledge of vehicle systems and aftermarket parts compatibility
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
